It significantly attenuates TGF-β signaling by dephosphorylating SMAD2 and SMAD3, leading to their dissociation from SMAD4, nuclear export, and signal termination. PPM1A Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived PPM1A protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-6*His labeled tag.
