Recombinant Human EGF
Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) is capable of enhancing the proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal cells and epithelial cells. In vitro, EGF plays a role of mitogen for fibroblasts, epithelial cells, and endothelial cells, facilitating colony formation in epithelial cell culture. In vivo, EGF promotes epithelial cell and blood vessel formation and inhibits gastric acid secretion. Recombinant Human EGF is produced by E.coli expression system, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.
