PVEC (Cadherin-5) is a cell-penetrating 18-amino acid-long peptide derived from the murine sequence of the cell adhesion molecule vascular endothelial cadherin. pVEC (Cadherin-5) is efficiently and rapidly taken up into cells, it can be used as a carrier peptide[1].
