ADH-1 trifluoroacetate

ADH-1 trifluoroacetate (Exherin) is a cyclic pentapeptide that selectively inhibits N-cadherin, disrupting tumor vasculature and inducing apoptosis. It is used in cancer research for its antiangiogenic properties, studied in both in vitro models and in vivo xenograft experiments targeting N-cadherin-expressing tumors.
