Lys-[Des-Arg9]Bradykinin, TFA is a potent and highly selective endogenous agonist for the bradykinin B1 receptor, exhibiting a 16-fold greater potency than [Des-Arg9]-Bradykinin. It is utilized in cardiovascular and inflammation research to study receptor pharmacology in vitro and its hypotensive effects, mediated by reduced peripheral vascular resistance, in vivo.
