Influenza A H5N1 (Avian) Neuraminidase, C-Terminal Peptide

Suitable for use in blocking the activity of the anti-avian influenza A (H5N1) neuraminidase antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37 ̊C. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
