Cyclo (-RGDfK) is a highly potent and selective αvβ3 integrin inhibitor (IC50 = 0.94 nM) . It is widely used in cancer research to study tumor angiogenesis and metastasis through its targeted binding to αvβ3 on endothelial and cancer cells in both in vitro and in vivo models.
