CALP1 acetate
CALP1 acetate is a calmodulin agonist that binds to EF-hand Ca2+-binding sites (Kd = 88 μM) . It inhibits calcium influx and apoptosis by blocking calcium and glutamate receptor channels, while activating CaM-dependent phosphodiesterase. This compound is used in vitro to study calcium signaling, neuroprotection, and apoptosis in cellular models.
