The expected ED50 is 3.0-5.0 μg/mL.Assay 2: Biological activity was determined by its ability to inhibit Alkaline phosphatase activity of differentiated MC3T3 E1 cells. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg (1EU/μg) .

The lyophilized Oncostatin M recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Reconstituted Oncostatin M stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20°C. As with any protein, exposing Oncostatin M recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
