MST4/STK26 is a kinase that mediates cell growth, regulates apoptosis, and, together with STK24, is involved in negatively affecting Golgi reorientation during RHO-triggered polarized cell migration. MST4/STK26 enhances autophagic flux by phosphorylating ATG4B at 'Ser-383'.
