TGF-Beta3 Recombinant Protein
TGF-Beta3 Recombinant Protein
Product Specifications
Product Name Alternative
ARVD, RNHF, ARVD1, TGF-beta3, Transforming growth factor beta-3, TGF-beta-3
UniProt
P10600
Source
E. coli
Purity
Greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE gel and HPLC analyses.
Bioactivity
Biological activity was determined by TGF-β3’s ability to inhibit the mouse IL-4-dependent proliferation of mouse HT-2 cells. The expected ED50 is ≤ 0.05 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of ≥2 x 107 units/mg. Endotoxin level is less than 0.1 ng per μg of TGF-β3 (1EU/μg) .
Form
Lyophilized
Storage Conditions
The lyophilized TGF-Beta3 recombinant protein is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20°C. Reconstituted TGF-Beta3 stable for at least 3 months when stored in working aliquots with a carrier protein at -20°C. As with any protein, exposing TGF-Beta3 recombinant protein to repeated freeze / thaw cycles is not recommended. When working with proteins care should be taken to keep recombinant protein at a cool and stable temperature.
