Porcine [Ala31, Aib32] Neuro Y peptide

First neuropeptide Y5 receptor selective analog of neuropeptide Y in which the common sequence element Ala31-Aib32 represents the key motif for receptor selectivity. Such an (Ala-Aib) -containing agonist with high affinity and selectivity for the Y5 receptor can contribute to the elucidation of the (patho) -physiological relevance of this receptor subtype.
