Kemptide peptide

Kemptide, LRRASLG, is a synthetic peptide substrate corresponding to part of the phosphorylation site sequence in porcine liver pyruvate kinase. It is phosphorylated in vitro and in vivo by cAMP-dependent protein kinase and in vitro by protein kinase C.
