The fragment RPPGF and the two dipeptides SP and FR are obtained by action of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) on bradykinin. RPPGF inhibits thrombin-induced platelet activation, and in high concentration, the pentapeptide inhibits thrombin-induced coagulant activity.
