Recombinant Human Chitinase 3 Like 1 (CHI3L1) protein is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Tyr22-Thr383 is expressed with a His tag at the C-terminus. The CHI3L1 protein consisting of 377 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 41.47 kDa and migrates as an 46.6 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
