Nectin-1, Mouse (HEK293, Fc)

Nectin-1 is critical in cell adhesion and synaptogenesis, promotes neurite outgrowth, and serves as a receptor for alphaherpesviruses, including HSV-1, HSV-2, and pseudorabies virus. It promotes viral entry and is involved in homodimerization, trans-heterodimerization with NECTIN3, and interactions with FGFR, AFDN, and HSV glycoprotein D. Nectin-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived Nectin-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
