ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 40kDa band observed in Human Skin lysates (calculated MW of 33.9kDa according to NP_000520.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kilianova et al, Endocrinology. 2006 May;147 (5) :2325-37; PMID: 16497811) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
