IL-1R1 regulates the transcription of multiple proinflammatory cytokines and mediates immune and inflammatory responses, including the activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathway[4]. IL-1R1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant mouse extracellular region of IL-1R1 (L20-K338) with a C terminal 6*His tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells.
