Toxoplasma gondii Antigen

Culture system: Vero cell culture. Preparation: Disrupted Toxoplasma 'ghosts' were treated with detergent and further purified. The antigen is presented in cell culture medium containing n-octylglucopyranoside. Inactivation: This product has been inactivated by disruption and detergent treatment. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
