Culture system: Solid medium. Preparation: Washed harvested organisms are solubilised and partially purified. Antigen is presented in a 1% non-ionic detergent solution. Inactivation: This product has been treated with detergent. Confirmed inactive by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
