Propargite
Propargite is a pesticide used to kill mites. Propargite induces β-cell necrosis preceded by DNA damage. Propargite induces MIN6 cell death with an IC50 of 1 μM[1]. Propargite is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
