For tricky or unpredictable PCR MegaMIX Royal is a double concentrated Hot-Start Taq mix containing blue agarose gel loading dye and stabilizer. The mix only becomes active when the temperature reaches 95º C; prevents non-specific products and primerdimers forming during PCR. Very suitable for tricky or unpredictable PCR™s.
