ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows granular cytoplasm staining in Leydig cells. Recommended concentration, 3ug/ml.WB: Approx 120kDa band detected in HFF cell lysates. Data kindly provided by Laura Papp and Kum Kum Khanna. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Papp et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Jul;26 (13) :4895-910; PMID: 16782878) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.Experiment Notes: IP: This antibody has also been used successfully for Immunoprecipitation.
