ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Approx 250kDa band observed in Human Endothelial Cell line HUVEC lysates (calculated MW of 181kDa according to NP_002932.1) . Some of the observed proteolytic breakdown products are also found in Human, Mouse and Rat Brain lysates. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
