TrimTAC1
TrimTAC1 is a TRIM21-based PROTAC targeting BRD4. TrimTAC1 selectively degrads NUP98FG-mEGFP-BRD4BD2 nuclear condensates. TrimTAC1 does not degrade soluble mEGFP-BRD4BD2 in A549 cells.
