UNSPSC Description
TrimTAC1 is a PROTAC degrader that selectively targets the degradation of the multimeric protein Nucleoporin[1]. TrimTAC1 is composed of PROTAC target protein ligand (red part) (+)-JQ-1 (HY-13030), E3 ligase ligand (blue part) Acepromazine-OTs (HY-169356) and PROTAC linker (black part) tert-Butyl N-[3-(piperazin-1-yl)propyl]carbamate (HY-W088456). Among them, its E3 ligase ligand + linker can form Acepromazine-1-Piperazinepropanamine (HY-169357).
