Trans-R-138727 is the trans isomer of R-138727 (HY-123669). R-138727 is the active metabolite of the antiplatelet agent Prasugrel (HY-15284). R-138727 is an irreversible inhibitor for the platelet receptor P2Y12, and inhibits ADP-induced platelet activation and aggregation[1].
