ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 26kDa band observed in lysates of Human Prostate and of Hepatoblastoma cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 22.1kDa according to NP_004055.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Xia et al, Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2005 Sep 27;102 (39) :14028-33; PMID: 16169901) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.
