ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx 170kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, Jurkat and MOLT4 (calculated MW of 111kDa according to NP_055521.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Yang et al, Cancer Res. 1999 Aug 15;59 (16) :4056-63; PMID: 10463607) . Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 μg/ml.
