Goat anti-XAGE1 (Isoform 1d) / GAGED2 Antibody

This antibody is expected to recognise only the short isoform represented by NP_597673.1.ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Not yet tested - our routinely used western blotting protocol does not allow detection of proteins as small as the predicted size of approx. 8.0kDa according to NP_597673. Therefore we cannot recommend an optimal concentration and the product is investigative grade. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
