ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Customer's experiments gave a band at approx 160kDa in lysates of a Mouse Macrophage cell line after 2 μg/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 135kDa according to NP_004901.1) . In ICC the customer found staining of vesicular cytoplasm in the same cell line.
