Feline CXCL10 ELISA Kit

The Feline CXCL10 (IP-10) ELISA contains capture antibody, recombinant protein standard, and detection antibody for development of a Feline CXCL10 ELISA. The antibodies have been determined to function in an ELISA with the standard provided. Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type. The Feline CXCL10 ELISA can also be used to measure Tiger, Cheetah, Leopard, Lynx, and Puma CXCL10.
