Optimal buffers, concentrations, incubation times, incubation temperatures, and methods for the ELISA have not been determined. This allows for complete flexibility to provide optimal dynamic range and sensitivity based on your sample type. The Human CXCL9 ELISA can also be used to measure Chimpanzee CXCL9.
