ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.WB: Experiments gave strong bands at 75-90kDa and a faint 50-kDa band in Human Duodenal lysate after 0.1 μg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature (Piccinni et al, J. Biol. Chem., Vol. 279 (10), 9103-9114) . All these bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
