PFK catalyzed fructosetose 6-phosphate and ATP to generate fructose-1, 6-diphosphate and ADP, and pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase further catalyzed NADH oxidation to NAD+ in turn. The NADH decline rate was measured at 340nm, which reflected the PFK activity
