ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Oesophagus shows nuclear staining of cells in the Squamous Epithelium. Recommended concentration, 3ug/ml.WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30-35kDa band in Human Kidney lysates at 1 μg/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted sizes of approx. 24-58kDda according to NP_000429.2; NP_039230.1; NP_852122; .1 NP_852123.1; NP_852124.1; NP_852125.1; NP_852126.1. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported
