Rosoxacin
Rosoxacin (Acrosoxacin) is an orally active and broad-spectrum antibacterial quinolone antibiotic. Rosoxacin inhibits Gram-negative bacteria, including N. gonorrhoeae (MIC range=0.03-0.125 μg/mL) .Rosoxacin can be used in studies of urinary tract infections and certain sexually transmitted diseases[1].
