ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 35.0kDa according to NP_009016.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Tanaka et al, Int Immunol. 1998 Sep;10 (9) :1305-14.; PMID: 9786430) . Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/ml.
