Applications Notes

ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Skeletal Muscle shows spotty staining of striated fibres in longitudinal section. Recommended concentration, 2-3ug/ml.WB: Approx. 38kDa band observed in Human Kidney and U937 lysates (calculated MW of 35.2kDa according to NP_036372.1) . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing SIRT4 a band of approx. 38kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
