ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.WB: Approx 120kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates and in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 110kDa according to NP_004642.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Ideguchi et al, Biochem J. 2002 Oct 1;367 (Pt 1) :87-95.; PMID: 12084015) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.

Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
