ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.IHC: In paraffin embedded Mouse Brain shows distinct staining of astrocytes. Recommended concentration, 2-4μg/ml. Data obtained from a previous batch (different goat) .WB: Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Brain (Frontal Cortex) and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 16.7kDa according to NP_001614.3) . Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3μg/ml.
