The peptide sequence used (from AAK15343.1) differs by one residue from the RefSeq entry (XP_931107.2) . It is not known whether this difference is due to a sequencing error or polymophism but the antibody is expected to recognize both sequences.ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: No signal obtained yet but low background observed in human testis and 293 lysates at up to 1 μg/ml.
