Anti-DLL3 Antibody is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) . DLL3 is specifically overexpressed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and high-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas, with minimal expression in normal tissues. This antibody binds to the extracellular domain of DLL3 with high affinity and induces rapid internalization. It serves as a critical tool for developing targeted therapies, such as ADCs or bispecific antibodies, aimed at delivering payloads into tumor cells to induce apoptosis and inhibit tumor growth.
