Cadherin Antibody
Anti-CDH1/E-cadherin/CD324 Antibody is a monoclonal antibody targeting E-cadherin (encoded by the CDH1 gene) . E-cadherin is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion molecule essential for maintaining the structural integrity and polarity of epithelial cells. By specifically binding to the extracellular domain of E-cadherin, this antibody is frequently utilized to study cell-cell adhesion mechanisms, the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) process, and tumor invasion and metastasis. In various cancers, the downregulation or loss of E-cadherin is considered a key hallmark of malignant progression and metastasis.
