Applications Notes
IHC: Use at an amount of 10 μg/mL with an incubation time of 1-3 days at 4oC. This antiserum works in paraffin and 4% PFA fixed frozen sections. Penetration is the key to success. Over-fixed tissue is problematic. Not recommended for western blotting applications. Mouse monoclonal antibody M-1752-100 or rabbit polyclonal antibody R-1751-50 are excellent alternatives for Western blotting.
