ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.WB: Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Testes lysates (calculated MW of 66.5kDa according to NP_004815.2) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Lahn et al , Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2002 Jun 25;99 (13) :8707-12; PMID: 12072557) . Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin. Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
