Applications Notes
This antibody is expected to recognize isoform 1 (NP_006805.2 and NP_848693.2) .ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx 35kDa band observed in Human Kidney lysates (calculated MW of 29.8kDa according to NP_006805.2) . In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PSMF1 a band of approx. 35kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/ml.
