Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BRUNOL6 is a member of the CELF/BRUNOL family. It is expressed primarily in the kidney, brain and testis. Moreover, it is also present in other tissues, although at lower levels. It moderates exon inclusion and/or exclusion in pre-mRNA, which is subject to tissue-specific and developmentally regulated alternative splicing.
