ACHE Antibody (N-term)
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to ACHE which is also known as acetylcholinesterase whose expression can be detected in the blood cells but it is majorly expressive in the erythrocytes. It is found in the post synapse. It performs several functions like protein self-association and serine hydrolase activity. It can terminate signal transduction at the neuromuscular junction by rapid hydrolysis of the acetylcholine released into the synaptic cleft and has a role in neuronal apoptosis.
