SPDYE5 Antibody (N-term)
Rabbit polycloanal antibody to LRRC6 belongs to the tilb protein family that is expressed in testis and in nasal epithelial cells. It acts in dynein arm assembly, hence essential for proper axoneme building for cilia motility. Mutations in LRRC6 are the cause of primary ciliary dyskinesia 19. It also designated Leucine-rich testis-specific protein (LRTP) .
