ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.WB: Approx. 70kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 38.4kDa according to NP_037385.2, NP_056965.3 and NP_001018067.1) . The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Krupnik et al, Gene. 1999 Oct 1;238 (2) :301-13.; PMID: 10570958) . Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/ml.
